Hey babes,

Muitas pessoas dizem que as pessoas gordas só se gostam de vestir de preto e cores escuras como forma de esconder as gorduras de quais sentem tanta vergonha. Ainda gostava de perceber onde é que vão buscar estas verdades absolutos e quais os fundamentos para as mesmas. Muitas vezes as pessoas ganham muito mais em estarem mesmo caladas do que falarem este tipo de coisa que nenhum conhecimento vem acrescentar ao nosso dia-a-dia nem contribui em nada para a felicidade.

Gosto muito de vestir-me de preto e nada tem a ver com o facto de querer esconder a minha barriga gorda mas sim porque gosto e pronto. Como adoro rosa choque ou branco e consoante a minha disposição estas são as minhas cores diárias.

Neste dia estava mais num feeling de cores escuras e cinzentos, um pouco como o tempo desta altura, parece que o Inverno puxa mais a estes tons e por isso apostei num jogo de vários tons entre os cinzas e os pretos.

Many people say that fat people only like to wear black and dark colors as a way to hide the fat of which they feel so ashamed. I wish I could understand where do they get these absolute truths and what basis they have to tell this. People often gain much in being shut up than speak this kind of things that add no knowledge to our daily life nor any contribute to our happiness.

I love to dress myself in black and it has nothing to do with the fact of wanting to hide my fat belly but just because I love and that's it. As love hot pink or white and depending on my mood these are my daily colors.

This day was more in a feeling of dark and grey colors, a bit like the weather this time of the year, it seems that the winter pulls over these tones and so I bet in a set of various shades of greys and blacks.

Hey babes,

Hoje vou falar-vos sobre um tema que não abordo aqui muito no blogue pois creio que a maioria das mulheres são como eu e bem resolvidas com esta questão do peso.

Desculpem não é por mal mas muitas vezes perco-me nestas coisas dos trapos e da moda e acho que todas são como eu (my bad!!).

Ora efectivamente sou muito bem resolvida com o meu corpo e o meu aspecto, vou oscilando com uns quilos a mais outros a menos, mas não é algo que me afecte ou deixe sem dormir.

E minhas queridas também vcs têm que ser assim! Só temos uma vida e perdê-la a sentirmo-nos tristes e deprimidas devido ao nosso aspecto, não aceitando o corpo e a imagem que tem é um desperdício.

Claro que também me custa ir a uma loja e não terem o meu número e gostaria de enfiar-me dentro de um 40 ou de L mas oh well that's life! Apenas direcciono a minha energia noutro sentido!

Dá mais trabalho mas hoje em dia já são inúmeras as soluções (lojas, online, etc.) que as mulheres plus size têm ao seu dispor e só têm é que procurar e enquadrar no seu estilo.

Não percam tempo com sentimentos negativos e tomem conta de vcs! Ponham-se bonitas e se precisarem de uma ajudita estou por aqui!!

Today I will speak to you about a topic that I don't not blog often here because I believe that most women are like me and well solved regarding the weight issue.

Sorry it is not for nothing especial but I often lose myself in the fashion things and I think everyone is like me (my bad!!).

Well actually I'm very well settled with my body and my appearance, I sway with some extra kilos more and some extra less, but not something that affects me or leave without sleep.

And my dears you also have to be like this! We only have one life and lose it by feeling sad and depressed because of our looks, not accepting the body and the image we have it's a waste of time and energy.

Off course it's hard for me to go to a store and not have my number too and I would love to shove me into a 40 or L but oh well that's life! I just put my energy in another direction!

It takes more work but nowadays there are so many solutions (stores, online, etc.) that plus size women have at their disposal and you only have to look and find your style.

Do not waste time with negative feelings and take care of you ladies! Put yourselves beautiful and if you need a hand I'm always around here !!
